Efficiently killing undead software.
In a matter of seconds I solved the problem with a failed program uninstallation that prevented a new version of that program from being uninstalled, which I had been working on for at least an hour.

Uninstall Plus works
I failed to download Avira antivirus software from my laptop. Each time I tried i worl end up with a blue screen and white text with warnings. I tried to delete the files manually one by one and this did not work as the programme continued to run each time I started the laptop. I searched the web and came across Uninstall Plus.
I downloaded uninstall plus and used it to remove Avira antivirus. It worked extremely well. After removing the main components of the target programme, it searched for residual files belonging to the same programme and removed all. Uninstall Plus if effective.

Got rid of what I needed to get rid of!
I installed Tunebite to help me convert mp4 into a format more friendly for my computer. It didn't work for me at all--it made a horribly high pitched sound in the middle of the night, screwed up my volume settings and disabled the Vista Aero look of my computer. When it came to uninstall it, it froze Windows Explorer and I couldn't get rid of it any other way, so I decided to download Uninstall Plus. It was very easy to use and got rid of the program right away. I'm happy with the way it performed but I don't think I'll be using it again.
